The original story of the play written by William Shakespeare deals with the adventures of four Athenian lovers, a group of amateur actors, and the fairies and dwarfs who live in the dark forest out of the town. The harmony and confusion of two worlds are presented by Youri Vámos in his ballet comedy: the world of ghosts and the world of people. He transposes the Ancient world and the imaginary world to our present days, to the world of contemporary young people and their nightmares.
