About performance
Ten Slovak directors and the Ten Commandments in the non-traditional SND. The outcome of this project is 10 productions of around twenty minutes - meditation (polemics, variations) on the themes and motifs stemming from the Ten Commandments and to be viewed from different perspectives and worldviews and serving as a testimony of how one looks at the director's generation rules to decide in Western society ethical and legislative standards last 2000 years old. 10 directors were invited to take part in (in one case, a directorial duo), directors who had achieved success in domestic and international arena. Besides the productions in collaborations with artists and writers for several multi-genre works of art (outputs) inspired by the Ten Commandments, which amplify and create space for a broader and deeper public discussion on the fundamental theme of our civilization.
